1. Commission Booking & Retainers

Dates are formally reserved and secured exclusively upon the receipt of an agreed advance retainer fee and formal counter-signed agreement. Verbal enquiries or unconfirmed estimates do not place dates on hold.

2. Intellectual Property & Wallpapers

All photographs, visual media, brand insignia, and curated wallpaper downloads displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Photriya Studios. Curated wallpapers are provided free of charge strictly for personal non-commercial screen use. Any unauthorized commercial reselling or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Deliverables & Curation

Archival album curation, fine-art retouching, and delivery timeframes are determined in accordance with individual service schedules agreed at the time of reservation.
